At SimTutor, we’re obsessed with training that delivers great outcomes for businesses.
Our story begins with two surgeons who were frustrated with how medical students were being trained to do complex procedures. They saw the opportunity for technology to bridge the gap between theory and practice for medical students.
Now we’re applying the same possibilities to business. Traditional training through face to face sessions, workbooks and written tests are costly, time-consuming and painful for everyone involved. And how can you be sure they’ve really worked?
The team at SimTutor have found a better way. We’ve created a cloud based software platform that delivers a fully interactive learning experience so your people can practice without risk, pressure or negative consequences. We call it learning by doing, or Cognitive Simulation in academic-speak.
Get in touch to see how we can inject some ‘wow’ into your training while saving you time and money.
