Dental Assisting
The unique SIMTICS simulations bring the dental operatory direct to the learner.
Students can learn and practice the core chairside assisting skills for working with a dentist, anytime and anywhere. They can prepare for labs and externships, and go back later to keep skills fresh. The SIMTICS modules cover infection control, patient exams and charting, chairside assisting, restorations, and dental radiology. Each module includes: a demonstration video, explanatory text with illustrations, an anatomy section with 2D and 3D images, the simulator with three different scenarios, and a quiz.
Six additional modules are available to academic and enterprise customers, including obtaining vital signs, more charting simulations, and comprehensive reviews of all the material in the other modules.
