How do I earn a referral reward?

Your referral must sign a contract worth at least $3,000 per year within one year of your referral date. Once they sign and pay their invoice, we'll contact you with instructions on how to choose and claim your reward.

Who can I refer?

You can refer contacts at other organizations or different departments within your own organization, as long as they are not already SimTutor customers.

How do I submit a referral?

You can use the form at the top of this page to provide your referral’s details. You will receive a confirmation email with resources to help introduce SimTutor to your contact.

How long is my referral valid for?

Your referral must convert to a customer within one year of your referral date and sign a contract equal or greater to $3,000/year in order for you to earn your referral reward.

Can I submit multiple referrals?

Yes! You can come back to this page and submit additional referrals at any time.

When do I get to choose my reward?

Once your referral converts into a valid customer, we'll contact you to select your reward from the available options.

Which SIMTICS modules can I choose?

If you choose a certain number SIMTICS modules as your reward, you can choose any of the modules in our catalog that you don't currently have attached to your account. These reward modules will be valid for your account for one year after they are made accessible to you.

Terms and Conditions: SimTutor Referral Program

Eligibility

To participate in the SimTutor Referral Program, the referrer (you) must be a current customer or partner of SimTutor. The referred individual or organization must not already be a SimTutor customer at the time of referral. Referrals are valid for one year from the date of submission. Only referrals made on or after November 26, 2024 are valid toward listed rewards.

Referral Requirements

Referrals must sign a contract with SimTutor worth at least $3,000 per year, and their invoice must be paid before any rewards are issued to the referrer. Referrals must be valid, and the referred organization or individual must fulfill their contract requirements.

Reward Selection

Referrers can choose one reward from the available options (cash, free SIMTICS modules, or SimTutor Author Access). The reward options are tiered based on the number of successful referrals and may change at the discretion of SimTutor. You will be contacted after your referral becomes a valid customer to select your reward.

Referral Submission

Referrals must be submitted using the designated form on the referral page. The referrer must provide accurate and complete information for both themselves and the referral. Submission of incomplete or incorrect information may disqualify the referral.

Referral Validation

SimTutor reserves the right to validate any referrals. A referral will only be considered valid if the referred party enters into a signed agreement with SimTutor, meets the minimum contract amount of $3,000 annually, and fulfills payment obligations.

Reward Payment

Rewards will be paid out only after the referred party’s invoice has been paid in full. Cash rewards will be issued via check or bank transfer. Free SIMTICS modules or SimTutor Author Access will be provided as specified in the reward selection. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

Multiple Referrals

If multiple referrers submit the same referral, the first valid referral submission will be honored, and the others will not be eligible for reward.

Program Changes

SimTutor reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email to all registered participants.

No Employee Referrals

SimTutor employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Referrers and referrals must adhere to the confidentiality terms outlined in their agreements with SimTutor. Personal data provided for the referral program will be used solely for the purposes of processing and fulfilling rewards and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Taxes

It is the responsibility of the referrer to report any earned rewards, including cash, as income and pay applicable taxes. SimTutor will issue appropriate tax forms, such as a 1099, if required by law for cash rewards.

Limitation of Liability

SimTutor is not liable for any errors or omissions in the referral process, delays in reward issuance, or any damages resulting from participation in the referral program.

Indemnity

By participating in the referral program, the referrer agrees to indemnify and hold SimTutor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise out of their participation in the program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which SimTutor is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in the location of SimTutor’s headquarters.
